The BSS Feeback@Birali online feedback system has been designed to assist with the lodgement, tracking and resolution of compliments, suggestions, concerns and complaints. Working with the Feedback@Birali online form, the Complaints Resolution System (CRS) has four stages and comprehensive procedures for management of concerns and complaints at each tier of the system. This system is relevant to feedback received from parents, students, staff and community members.
